Sarah Cornwell Receives Academic Award from the University of Detroit Mercy

Sarah Cornwell of Ira, MI, received the prestigious Scholar Key Award from the University of Detroit Mercy. The Scholar Key Award is given to freshmen with 12-31 credit hours with a 4.0 grade point average. Sophomores with 32-62 credit hours must have a 3.9 GPA or above. Juniors with 63-94 credit hours must have a 3.8 GPA or above. Seniors with 95 or more credit hours must have a 3.8 or above.

UDM is one of 28 Jesuit colleges and universities and the largest of 16 Mercy institutions of higher education in the United States. For the 12th consecutive year, University of Detroit Mercy is listed in the top tier of Midwestern Master's Universities in the 2013 edition of the U.S.News and World Report's "America's Best Colleges."
